Strawberry Lemon Water.

So I had tried the Jillian Dandelion Tea drink for a few days just to lose water weight...however, I didn't feel like it was worth it? And honestly it didn't taste TOO grand.  So, I decided to go back to just straight water seeing as water in itself is 0 cal and the best thing you can give your body! BUT I wanted some flavor, so I added some lemon juice, and then I got REEEAALL creative and added some frozen strawberries.  This is currently the ONLY thing I drink because it tastes like a Sonic limeade or something and it's good for you!  As the day goes on the strawberries melt and you get a flavorful mix of strawberries and lemons!!! People keep asking me what I'm drinking so here it tis:

Put a BUNCH of ice in your bottle/cup



***Then add water***

Squirt some Lemon juice into your ice water

Add about 5 frozen strawberries

Add a slice of lemon!

Summer's Around the Corner!

Alright, Summer is RIGHT around the corner! --about 4 weeks I believe-- Crunch Time!  I have some health goals I need to accomplish before summer hits so here's some reminders and motivation for sticking to my goal! Better Belize It.

Haven't posted in awhile-- IT WAS SPRING BREAK!!! I got to go back to the motherland, Belize (mom's from Belize), and relax on the islands and chill with my grandmother!  I hadn't been there in about 2 years so I was missing my Belize pretty darn bad.  BUT I got my fix and I'm ready to finish this last month of school EVER! Nail it for Spring.

Nail Polish time! It's time to get those bright fingers out and show them off! Dark colors are great for winter but I'm thinking of going BIG & BOLD ....or soft & pastel ??? Who knows what spring will bring!

Spring Inspires.

Well since I can't have Summer RIGHT NOW. I'll settle for Spring-- Today is nice and somewhat warm -55 & sunny- so I was inspired to get excited about some Spring fashion! Here are the things I'll be looking for once the warm weather starts to emerge!
