Flower Romper

So I bought this romper forever ago but I decided to wear it today in this GORGEOUS sunny (basically summer) day!!! It's from Forever21 - Don't remember how much it was but I love it! I also did my nails -- Found a new brand I love at Target for only $2!!!!  Also My 2 new rings -- the flower I got in NY and the heart is with my lover S  ;)
