Formal Outfit :)

SO this past weekend was a formal-- and here is what I wore!
Luckily the NastyGal dress got here in time so I didn't have to go find another dress! :)
The dress is from NastyGal (navy blue one shoulder)

For my make up I used gold glitter for the inner part of my eye and then I used a deep navy blue out at the edges, I also put some shimmer under my eyes--  Oh and of course my chubby stick for my lips!

For my hair I just did a side messy bun.

AND of course I did my nails :) I used this new nail polish that my Secret Santa got me that I'm IN LOVE WITH!!! It's called Mint from Love&Beauty.  Over the Mint, I faded glitter from the bottom to the top!
And of course I always use a base coat (OPI) and a cover (Sally Hansen).

Finally my accessories and my shoes--- I bought all of my accessories from Forever21!  I wore a big grey ring, a large gold studded bracelet, and large tear drop golden earrings. And for my shoes I wore some glitter pumps that I got at Off Broadway.

Nails for the Week!

Hello!!!! So this week is busy with exams and all but I still got my nail time in!!!! So I used OPI clear base, then master plan (Essie-light grey) on my thumbs and ring fingers.  On all my other fingers I first used eternal optimist (Essie), then over that I put Mini How High (Essie- light pink).  Usually I have to put many coats on of the Mini How High to get the pink to be more noticeable.  SSSOOO I decided to put a different pink underneath and put the Mini How High over ~ and it came out great!! On my thumbs and my ring fingers I used L.A. color Art Decor Silver/White which consists of small and large glitters!  I did it more heavily towards my cuticles and thinned it out toward the tips.  To cover my nails and make them shine, I use Sally Hansen clear coat! Hope you like it!!! :)

Formal Outfit??

So, formal is coming up and this is what I PLAN on wearing.  Forever21 has some HUGE studs (but they are clip on...) that I really want, however I couldn't find them online... So here are some close to what I'm looking for.  Hopefully this outfit works otherwise I'll have to come up with something on short notice!!! I already ordered the dress so it should get here in a few days. I'm excited!!!

New coats for winter!!! (and some new outfits!)

Alright sorry it's been awhile but school has been quite busy!!! Well first of all I got 2 new coats that I am very excited about AND for good prices, and today I went shopping at...FOREVER21!!! So here are some outfits I put together!!! And something really cool happened! I wore one of my outfits to church Sunday and one of my friends recognized it from my blog! I felt so special :) so THANK YOU!!!! Alright so first I'll do the coats!!

I call this my sheep coat- I don't know what it's made out of but it was around $40 at forever21!!! I love the way it fits- they didn't have a small so I got a medium because I HAD to have it :)

Alright my second coat that I got is a Black pea coat from New York New York for $34!!! I got it at the Tanger outlets near Gatlinburg.  I love the large frills toward the top - plus I've been looking for a good pea coat for awhile now!!

Alright now for my new outfits-- I only bought 2 tops today I was good :) So the first one is a navy blue striped shirt ($18) that is almost long enough to be a dress. I paired it with some thick black stockings and my brown heels from ROSS ($15).  My hair is down and curled with a straightening iron from Conair -- It is my favorite straightener and I don't know what I'll do when they get rid of it!!!

Alright my next shirt is a cream (can't tell if it's white or cream from some of the pictures coloring) button down shirt with a navy blue rounded collar and navy blue cuffs ($18). I paired it with my Hollister navy blue skinny jeans and the same brown shoes from b4. I'll post a picture of the shoes at the end of my post!

Okay and finally - these items aren't new but I've never worn them b4 so I decided to!! The skirt is from Hollister which I got on sale for $11 and the white tank top is from forever21 for $3- I'm wearing thick black stockings from forever21 ( I think they were $5??? not sure) and the same brown shoes :)

And finally--- I found some AMAZING earrings today at forever21 that were around $5 and here is one of the shoes I was wearing in all my pictures for this post! hope you enjoy!!!!
