Healthy for Summer

I'm still trying to keep up being healthy! Summer is coming up and I KNOW the occasional ice cream cone or gelato is going to sneak its head in there-- but here's some motivation to stay healthy even if you have a few treats every once in a while!

Soy Milk (I'm going to try Almond Milk)
Lemon Yogurt (1 container)
1 Medium orange peeled (I'm going to try frozen mangoes)
Ice
