Birthday Dress!

Okay so my birthday is coming up and its on a pretty Big Holiday! New Years EvE!!!  I'll be in NY but I'm eating early in the day so I can go stand out in the FREEZING cold to wait for the ball to drop! Of course I'll be changing into warmer attire when waiting for the sparkling ball too fall but still I gotta look good on my birthday! I'm not sure whether or not I should go all out or if I should just dress a little more classy?  The restaurant that I'm going to is fancy but not like black tie type of fancy- But I'm going to wear a dress of course :) I'm just not sure of which one to get!  All the ones I want are expensive like crazy! But a girl can dream :) Here's what I'm thinking --comments are welcome!!!

 Okay I LOVE this purple color block dress above...but it is way expensive.  However if it was up to me and I had money to spend I would get this one -hands down-no second thoughts :)
